8. Our Role as Managing Agent 
Dorset Coastal Holidays acts as a managing agent for property owners and is responsible for facilitating the booking and management of self-catering accommodation on their behalf. We do not own or operate the properties listed on our website. Our role includes ensuring the booking process runs smoothly, assisting with guest enquiries, and managing property maintenance. Any maintenance issues or concerns should be reported directly to Dorset Coastal Holidays. While we will address the issue and coordinate repairs, property owners are required to approve maintenance costs before any work is undertaken.
